Boy Scouts and Boys & Girls Club Liaison	Windsor, Bryon	Act as our Club's liaison with the Santa Cruz Boys & Girls Club and Boy Scout Troop 633; coordinates Scouts involvement with our Crab Feed, Childrens' Christmas Party, and other events as needed; also organizes sign-ups of Club members to volunteer at Boys & Girls Club events.
Candy Sale Committee	De Witt, Robert Wilcox, John	Raises funds through candy sales during the holidays for the administrative expenses.
Children's Christmas Party	Ortiz, Ellen	Conducts annual Christmas party for needy children, held at S.C. Salavation Army. Activities include purchase & wrapping of clothing, soliciting donated toys (each member asked to buy at least 2); coord. with Circle K and Boy Scouts; and cooking & serving food at party.
Club Directory	Paolino, Louie	Maintain and update current roster of club members, addresses, phone numbers, and emails, as well as birthday/anniversary listing.
Community Service	De Witt, Robert	Identify new club activities & projects; review and recommend funding requests submitted to Club Foundation to be considered by Board of Directors.
Container	Bly, Bert	Management of Club's storage container & inventory control
Crab & Pasta Feed	Fenn, Ernest	Our club's major fundraiser, held each year at the S.C. Elks Lodge; ALL CLUB MEMBERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY COMM. MEMBERS as this event requires the help of all of our membership. Event is an all-you-can-eat crab and pasta dinner, with salad, garlic bread, and desert. Door prizes, raffle, & Silent Auction (event sponsors & members encouraged to contribute items to the auction). Elks Club bar receipts not shared w/our club. Boy Scout Troop provides table bussers, Circle K and Kohl's associates help with staffing.
Fundraising	Martin, Tamara	Researches & identifies new fundraising possibilities for the Club, and recommends changes and improvements to existing fundraisers to the President & Board of Directors. The President-elect serves as chairperson.
House/Breakfast	Bly, Bert	Work with MacKenzie's staff to set up and store weekly meeting equipment (P.A. system, projector, club banners, member badge case, and head table podium, bell, detective's pot, etc.). Collect money for breakfasts and provide liaison with MacKenzie's staff.
Human Race	Pearson, Pete	Organizes club member sign-ups for annual Human Race walk-a-thon, and encourages members to raise pledge money (approx. 75% of which goes to Club's Foundation).
I/U Venture bbq	Bly, Bert	Prepare bbq & cook hamburgers for the I-U Venture's annual BBQ at Aptos Park for the seniors from the various senior living facilities throughout SC County.
Interclubs	Pearson, Pete	Announce upcoming interclub events with other Kiwanis clubs in Div.43 and elsewhere (i.e.,K.I. & Cal-Nev-Ha Dist. conventions & training sessions, and annual trip to Minden, NV club); conducts signups and provides reminders and car-pooling plans; reports participation to Club secretary.
KiWire Club Bulletin / Newsletter	Wilcox, John Browne, Paul Rosebraugh, Joanie Taub, Carole	Summarizes club's weekly meeting and program and distributes it to club members via our website's email.
Maternal Neonatal Tetanus Elimination (MNT)	Alcorn, Dee	Coordinates collection of weekly donations for K.I.'s MNT program; promotes awareness of activities to fund Kiwnanis International Foundation programs.
Membership and Growth	Kinney, Jim	Recommends candidates for membership into the Club; conducts new member orientation and induction; coordinates Club membership events and recruiting plans. ALL CLUB MEMBERS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE MEMBERS OF THIS COMMITTEE as bringing guests and potential new members to our club are the key to our success.
Program Coodinator	Wilcox, John	Coordinates weekly breakfast program speakers and presentations; encourages ALL CLUB MEMBERS to sign-up to invite at least two programs/year to keep our breakfast meetings interesting and well-attended.
Public Relations		Promotes Club activities and accomplishments through local media outlets; develops press releases and advertising for Club fundraisers.
Scholarships	Bolich, Thomas	Identifies & recommends our Club's Kiwanis Memorial scholarship candidates to the Board of Directors; coordinates with counselors from Harbor, Santa Cruz, Soquel, and PCS High Schools; sends notifications to winners and those not selected; makes presentation of the 4 scholarships to winning seniors at high schools' Awards Nights in May & early June.
Service Leadership Programs / Youth Services	De Luna, YaYa Taub, Carole Martin, Tamara	Participates in Circle K (UCSC) and Key Club and Aktion Club meetings and events; promotes interaction between our Club members and these Youth Clubs.
Spiritual Values	Wilcox, John	Promotes spiritual values within our various Club activites; coordinates prayer/invocation at weekly Club meetings & events; circulates "Get Well" and "Sympath" cards at Club meetings to send to our club members and their family.
Thanksgiving Dinner	Blank, David	Organizes and arranges for the Club's annual Turkey dinner in mid-November for Club members and their famiiles (held at Messiah Lutheran's hall on High St.); organizes members to set-up and decorate the facility, shop for all the ingredients & refreshments, cook the meal, and clean-up after the event; also coordinates the evening's program.
Website Administration	Rawlsky, Jeannene	Develop and maintain the Club's website; update photos & information; coordinate with KiWire editors; educate membership on access and use of the website.
