Our club's major fundraiser, held each year at the S.C. Elks Lodge; ALL CLUB MEMBERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY COMM. MEMBERS as this event requires the help of all of our membership. Event is an all-you-can-eat crab and pasta dinner, with salad, garlic bread, and desert. Door prizes, raffle, & Silent Auction (event sponsors & members encouraged to contribute items to the auction). Elks Club bar receipts not shared w/our club. Boy Scout Troop provides table bussers, Circle K and Kohl's associates help with staffing. |

Researches & identifies new fundraising possibilities for the Club, and recommends changes and improvements to existing fundraisers to the President & Board of Directors. The President-elect serves as chairperson. |

Work with MacKenzie's staff to set up and store weekly meeting equipment (P.A. system, projector, club banners, member badge case, and head table podium, bell, detective's pot, etc.). Collect money for breakfasts and provide liaison with MacKenzie's staff. |
