Our foundation, formed in 2005, is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The primary objective and purpose of this corporation shall be to raise funds to be used for local community and youth services. Included are lessening of neighborhood tensions, promotion of human and spiritual values, combating community deterioration, juvenile delinquency and advancement of medical science.The corporation sponsors fund raising activities such as a crab dinner, silent auctions, raffles, etc. Volunteers will operate these events. Charitable funds generated from these events will be increased by donations from local companies and individuals. All applicants must complete our Community Service Grant Request form.
